BFC Tax Academy is operated by BFC Tax Accountants Inc. Our workbooks are digital products delivered by instant download. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, except as set out below.
When we will provide a refund or replacement
- Faulty file: If your file is corrupted, incomplete or will not open, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will send a working replacement. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full.
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate order.
- Wrong product: If you bought the wrong product and have not downloaded it, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will exchange it for the correct product or refund you.
- Errors in content: If you find a material error in a workbook, please tell us. We will correct it and send you the updated file free of charge.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email info@bfc.tax with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. They normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
